Hi folks

i’m searching for a survey-module.

MUST HAVE: the ability to have ONE question
Nice to have: the ability to have more than one question divided on different pages

btw: for the «nice to have»: does someone knows a cool system? found phpQuestionnaire ... but it should be free! hmmm

I run phpQuestionnaire… It’s actually very good, but has little customisation features in terms of design, unless you’re willing to tamper with the PHP files.

I usually wouldn’t announce this, as it’s still in closed development, but following beta testing I will be releasing a questionnaire module titled “Queez”.  I will be looking for a few select testers who wouldn’t mind bashing it around a bit, if interested drop me a mail (see my profile for link) smile

I would love to get my hands on this survey module. Currently use SurveyMonkey (paid for service) for several clients, but would like to find a way to build my own into EE site.

Happy to test something ...

Nice - my client was wanting surveys and it ended up being out of the budget because I was going to need to either build or install and configure a third party app.  I can’t wait to see the module!

Has anyone looked in to integrating PHP SURVEYOR with EE? Its a free fully customisable PHP application that probably would meet most peoples survey needs.

I hate to ask - but any progress on the survey module the_butcher?  I have a dream! A dream of surveys in EE!  Well, really just another client that needs them, but…

You could craft a survey out of the FreeForm module without a ton of fuss.  It might require a tiny bit of custom coding but it would do the job I think.

We’re looking for surveys that are completely customizable by the client through the CP with no technical knowledge.  They need to be able to continually add new surveys, run multiple surveys at a time, have as many or as few questions as they like, have different types of questions (multiple choice, text field, drop-down, yes/no), and potentially multiple page surveys. I use Freeform on another site and considered it last year for a similar request for survey functionality, but I just can’t see it working for the functionality they need…

This Survey-Module thread has been revived due to the conversation happening over here: LG Polls: New polling module: BETA testers needed!

Freeform will most likely work, but I think one of the goals is to avoid a bloated Freeform (see Jamie’s comment about that). I’d like to keep survey results OUT of my Freeform results in some cases. Anyway, the Butcher should peruse that other thread if he hasn’t already to see that there is still quite a bit of interest in this sort of thing.
