Over on the EE Templates site, I have been creating a full set of template groups for EE users to download.  It would be really cool if there was a way to not only export a full template group (which is there already, I know) but also a way to import a full set of templates all at once and all the templates would populate in the user’s template group, including overwriting the default index file that is created when a new weblog is created.  It would be great if this was a 1 click operation, so after I create, say 14 templates (archives, comments, categories, index, rss1.0, weblog_css etc.), a user could just click a button, upload the entire set, and be good to go.

That would be a great feature, IMHO.

Yes this would be fantastic.. will this happen?

I certainly agree this is almost a “have to have” feature to help spread EE to the masses.
