I have a feature request. =)

I’d like to make it so that members only (obviously that should be an option since my preferences may not be global) for comment posters to be able to delete and edit their comments - but only if posted within say, the last XX minutes.

I tink that’d just be purty neat.  There may be a request for this already, but I didn’t see one. =)
