I am trying to set up a core blog on another server I manage to see if I can get it to work with Windows and MySQL. I installed php5 and mySQL 5. I installed ee core 1.4 and loaded the install page, entered all the info on page 4 and when I clicked submit to instrall, I get a page with teh EE logo and nothing. Nothing happens.

I have tried this three times. Any ideas?

The problem happens when you don’t have mySQL and php 5 integrated propery. I installed mySQL 5 and php 5 before trying to install expression engine. Now I have them integrated and can proceed with the install, however, expression engine is telling me the user doesn’t gave db rights granted which is not true. The same user login is used by phpmyadmin with no problems. Any ideas?
