The EE Poll 1.4 and the Link List 1.1 modules are not working with EE 1.3 at all. Any suggestions on how I can fix them?

The error for the link list is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: prep_conditional() in /home/me/public_html/expressionengineperkyness/modules/linklist/mod.linklist.php on line 125

With the EE Poll it just does not appear to save the votes anymore.

Paul emailed the module developers last month encouraging them to get a copy of 1.3 beta since there were some internal changes (that required minor changes in some cases).  Only one person that I can recall took us up on the offer.  Who distributes the poll module?

I’ve fixed the linklist module (from the 2 errors that I saw people post). You should redownload the linklist. here’s more info

Oh, and i’d like to add that now, finally i’m on the dev mailing list. lol

King of Fools does the poll module, but he’s not doing updates right now, just too busy I believe.

I think there’s a quickfix:

- Open the mod.eepoll.php file located in the eepoll directory
- just before the two </form> tags place these lines:

$data .= “<input type=\“hidden\” name=\“poll\” value=\”$poll_id\”>”;
$data .= “<input type=\“hidden\” name=\“mode\” value=\“vote\”>”;
//changed value to vote

This QF forces to put the missing values into the formfield. Please notice that there are two </form> tags (around line number 383 and line 447)

I tried that but I get the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/path/to/eepoll/mod.eepoll.php on line 372
