Hi there,

I’m an EE user and have been, well, pretty much since the beginning.  I just went to the download page to look for updates, and if I’m reading licensing stuff correctly it looks like I have to pay $19.95 (I’m just a personal user) to receive upgrades, support, etc. for another year.  However, on the payment page, it wasn’t blatantly obvious to me how to pay that one-year renewal thing.

Any help?  And you’re allowed to call me blind if it’s obvious wink

Thanks!
Susan

Are you sure it’s not on https://secure.pmachine.com/index.php?ACT=EE? Hard for me to tell, as I have paid already, but I vaguley remember doing it there.

They have the full EE purchase available on that page, but no mention of a 19.95 upgrade renewal… if you click on the “types of licenses” link though, you can see this option.

I know, I renewed in July:

Products Purchased:
Qty  |    ITEM NAME
-------------------------------
1 x ExpressionEngine Non-commercial License - Renewal

Purchase Total
: $19.95

Well, if you don’t find I easily, I’d suggest you just write to sales@pmachine.com, they should be able to help you grin

From pmachine.com, if you just click Purchase it will list all of the things that you can purchase.  The very bottom item should be a red renewal item, click that to renew.

If you don’t see that there, then you are probably not logged in with the username that you purchased EE with.  At least, that’s the common reason.  If you are still having problems, please do as Ingmar said and contact sales directly.

ah!  I was just clicking on the “e” and assuming it would be on that page.  A pox to those who don’t scroll down!  :D
