Error on blogsite after PHP fix

Help!

After upgrading from 1.2.1 to 1.3, and applying the PHP 4.4 error fix, my blogsite (www.kellystewart.ne/kelly) is still showing the following:

Any ideas why the 4.4 fix didn’t correct these lines as well as all the others?

Be aware, I am not well-versed in PHP, so speak to me as if I’m a 5 yr old.

Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks.

The initial error fix I sent a few people forgot to remove two references, so they will have to email me again for a new file.
