I’ve got the “Automatically Convert High ASCII Text to Entities” option turned on.  In certain entries, the contents of the Title field contains straight (non-curly) quotes.  These don’t get converted to entities, and validation problems result.  I’m not very technically inclined, so I had thought that the quotes would get converted.  Is this a glitch, or am I doing something wrong?

Ah.  I think I figured this out.  I have “Allow HTML” enabled for that blog, which means (I think) that those quotes won’t be converted.  My workaround is to use single quotes.
