Hello,

I have a problem with 1.3 and localisation. I installed the german language pack form the website. I switched every localisation setting to “Deutsch”:
- Admin -> System Settings -> General Setting
- My Account -> Personal Settings
But in public pages and in admin pages I only see englisch dates an times.
In admin pages only a few topics are translated. It seemes for me that the language pack ins#t working?

Can anyone help?

I tried to solve this problem a few hours before posting - and just after posting the question I get the idea that it could be a problem read write rights on the server. And indeed it was - the problem is solved ...
