This is a community supported forum where the EllisLab team may, on occasion, visit; however, we do not offer Technical Support in this forum..  For Technical Support assistance, please post in the appropriate Technical Support forum.

How can you decide whether to utilize the Community Help Forum or Technical Support forum?  A few questions can help to guide you:

Questions such as those listed below and similar issues should be posted to our Technical Support forums:

1.  Are you receiving a PHP error with first-party ExpressionEngine usage? 
2.  Is a first-party ExpressionEngine feature behaving unexpectedly?
3.  Are you receiving a completely blank, white page?
4.  Are you having difficulty during the installation process?

Questions similar to the following should be posted in the Community Help:

1.  I need to build a site to handle XYZ, what is the best approach?
2.  I need XYZ feature to work differently than documented, help!
3.  How do I add this new feature to my ExpressionEngine-based site?

If you are in doubt, please post to the Technical Support forums and our moderators will be happy to move the thread appropriately if needed.
