In order to post in the Technical Support Forums you must own a License or be working on a licensed site.  NOTE: Even if you own a paid license, we do not provide technical support to ExpressionEngine Core sites. If you own a license, but need help with a Core site, please post in the EECore Support Forum.

If you own a license and can’t post, please double check that you are logged into ExpressionEngine.com with the same user name that you purchased the license with.

If you are a developer working on a client’s site (meaning you did not purchase the license yourself) and need tech support access, please .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) the license number of the site you are working on. We’ll update your account so you can access the main ExpressionEngine Forums.

Please review our Support Policy prior to posting.

We encourage everyone to review the Getting Help section of the User Guide before posting any support request.

3. Give a URL where the issue can be viewed.

4. Post example code. Make sure to use the code tag (click “code” on the button bar).

Example:
Your code goes here
