The new site we discussed will have about 50 pages spread across 9 categories. I should have the design templates finalized the week of May12; and the site-map is already approved. We would prefer EE’s Hosted solution and I don’t think we would need extra modules.
We are a small business based in VA. For Phase-1 of the project we would like to get this new website off with just two products from our portfolio. However, we would like to discuss now about Phase-2 which will include re-using our current ASP and Microsoft database technologies.
I have attached a draft of the proposed header and right column navigation. We would require a blog and the home page could pull some feeds from the blog as well as one other industry feed. We have no image galleries or other complex requirements.

Specifically, we seek experienced help in deploying the design and implementing the sitemap in EE framework.

The new server is DV on mediatemple
(http://www.mediatemple.net/webhosting/dv/), with Plesk as the control
panel.

All the images, modules and plugins have been moved over but EE and

I’m looking for a template coder to work within an existing site (not ‘live’ yet), but develop a separate section 2-3 pages, with a separate design (or inherited) and new member groups.

After login the main page loading will be very similar in design and function to EE’s Pricing/Feature page, except NO ecommerce or Nav development required.

There will be considerable conditionals deployed that relate to the pricing level in place for that member’s current contract. The conditions determine how to build/display the pricing/feature table page when outputing each entry from that weblog. Selection and logging of a new pricing level and/or options, to be stored in a related contract weblog entry required. A full spec including field names and all conditions will be supplied to the qualified candidate.

The SAEF will be very simple and take in new text input, or edit existing, while displaying an example for input alongside for new, or existing entry when editing. There is an approval status to be set on all input and edit submissions, dependant on member group.

I estimate there is 40-60 hours here for someone who knows what they’re doing, and is welcome to reuse some of the cool stuff already built into the site, or use their own. I am a DBMS consultant with over 20 years experience, and am looking for someone to code this sub-site who specializes in the EE world, and potentially join our development team (there will be a lot more work to come).

Target for completion is May 31st. You can quote an hourly rate with a time estimate or fixed price, just send me a PM and links to some of your work.

Update Membership module to allow two types of registration. Below is what I have from the client:

There are 2 types of profiles:

Companies: full profile required along with ability to review other companies

Reviewers: only ‘Overview’ and ‘Ratings and Feedback’ required in profile along with the ‘Visit Website’ link
Ideally when reviewing a company without being registered users will be able to complete the review, then enter their registration details, and then verify and publish their review by clicking an activation link sent to their email address.

Similarly, when registering a company ideally users can enter their registration details and the overview description (and more details if they wish to) before verifying and publishing their profile by clicking an activation link sent to their email address.

To expand on the above the site uses the Solspace module for ratings but I am unable to get it to register and rate at the same time.

There is some integration with Flash that needs to happen. If you can do the Flash part, too, that would be great. If not, we will do the Flash part on our end and work with you to get the necessary fields from EE. Flash experience is not necessary, but definitely a plus.

Style:
The design is already complete. HTML development is taking place now and should be finished by next week. We can get started on installing EE and setting up the basic structure. When the HTML is ready, we can then start integrating into the site.
