This morning I was working on a client site when I noticed that my single view pages on my weblog were counting views twice. For every hit on the single view page, the count would go up by two. I traced this problem to embeded templates on the single view page. If I had no embeds on the templates, it would increase by one, but if I added even a single embed to pull in another template, it would double the count. It didn’t seem to matter whether or not I had two, three or even four templates embeded, it would double the count.

Greetings, mbagnall, This does not appear to be reproducible. Can you provide a step by step way that would demonstrate this behavior? If you have not already, you may wish to open a new technical support thread in the forums to more quickly gain assistance with this problem. |

Yeah I will. It seems the issue is something else. I’m having trouble finding the cause. If I can’t figure it out, I’ll submit one. Sorry. |
