Hey all,

Does anyone have the Solspace User module working on one of their sites?

I can’t seem to get the Key invitation emails to send. I’ve set up a form, it submits and generates the key, and tries to send the email invitation, but they keep getting stalled on my server, and all of the ‘from, to, subject, etc’ fields are blank.

Anyhoo, if you do use it successfully, please let me know, so I at least know that it’s one of my settings or server, and not a bug in the module. Tx!

Hi, ira - I’d highly recommend posting over at solspace.com/forums for assistance with their modules. =) You might also run through this kb entry to rule out a general email issue.

Thanks Lisa.

I posted on the Solspace forum yesterday, and posted here today as I didn’t get a response (and have clients waiting!).  I did hear back from someone at Solspace earlier today and they said they would look into it, but haven’t heard back yet, and thought maybe someone here has already gone through this…

Mail is working in EE in general, and even with other Solspace modules (eg: freeform), so I’m guessing it’s just a bug in User, or I am missing something in one of my templates.

Weird, I looked at my server email queue, and all of the invite emails are stuck there, with the following header info (server name obfuscated):

ToA@mysitename.com
Subject
A
User
-AgentExpressionEngine 1.6.0
Date
Fri7 Dec 2007 11:42:07 -0500
From
"A" <A@mysitename.com>
Reply-To"A" <Amysitename.com>
X-SenderA
X
-MailerExpressionEngine 1.6.0
X
-Priority(Normal)
Message-ID: <475977dfd1e94>
Mime-Version1.0
Content
-Typemultipart/alternativeboundary="B_ALT_475977dfd2664"

... so all of the User fields are just being passed as “A”...  Baffled.
